time that we have chosen to purchase an Acura from this dealership. We went
with the same salesman-Mike as he was a pleasure to work with on our first
vehicle. Mike made it easy for us to understand the numbers; he worked with us
to get us where we were comfortable; he never pressured us and this time really
worked quickly to get us in and out in under a couple of hours as we had a new
born with us. Mike does a great job of explaining the features of the vehicle
and makes you feel very comfortable! Teresse-the finance manager was also a joy
to work with once again!

I brought my 2015 Acura RDX in for a maintenance special,
including an oil change and tire rotation, on Friday, 7/29/2016. Summer is my Service Rep.
I was very pleased with the service I received. In addition to the maintenance items I
requested, an analysis of my car's functions showed that my battery needed to
be replaced. I was not aware my battery
was starting to fail, so the proactive replacement of it (under warranty)
certainly saved me from being stranded somewhere whenever it did die.
Even with the extra service done, plus a car wash, my car
was ready for pick-up in the time frame promised.

I have a 2010 MDX. I have been taking my car into Acura north scottsdale since I bought it. I have always had excellent service. I was disappointed when my service advisor left. I had known him for years. So I was reluctant to continue going to the dealership. BUT I just took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation at Acura north scottsdale and service was sooo fast. Matt met me outside as soon as I drove up. Within minutes I was off to the waiting room. The service was completed in just over :30 minutes. I could not have been happier. He also let me know what work will be needed at my next service appointment.*

I had made up my mind on my next car purchase, a 2015 Acura TLX with the advance package so I hit the Internet to find the best out the door price. I reached out to all 3 Valley dealers and had responses almost immediately. Bob Cambell responded with a very competitive price. I gave the other dealers the opportunity to beat it but got typical boiler plate responses "they won't honor that price once you get there," "bring it to me in writing and we'll beat it," and my favorite "our dealer add ons are of superior value." Who really needs nitrogen in their tires or wheel locks. Acura of North Scottsdale put there best foot forward on the initial price and nobody else came close.
Nevertheless I proceeded in working exclusively with Bob, asking for a price break down of his quote to ensure there were no surprises. A few emails later I had a price I was comfortable with and all the financing paperwork filled out to expedite the process. I walked in and my TLX was pulled up, washed and ready to go home. The entire process, from the moment I walked in the door was less then 90 minutes and that included an extended test drive and a 30 minute overview of all the features of this car. I'm a technophile but this car has so many features I was even a bit intimidated. Bob covered everything and proved to be extremes knowledgeable.
Much to my delight the price quoted via email was the price I paid. The price offered on my trade in was fair and there were no high pressure tactics for extended warranty type options. All in all I couldn't have imagined a better experience. I never thought I would use the word pleasant to describe buying a new car but that's exactly what it was.
If the TLX lives up to this positive experience Acura of North Scottsdale will have earned my business for years to come.*
I bought a brand new RDX yesterday from Acura North Scottsdale. (LOVE...LOVE....LOVE my RDX!!!!) The salesman Michael Schwarz made my experience in paying a car even better. When we came into the show room to look at cars. We weren't bombarded with some sales guy trying to sell a car right away. Michael gave us a minute to look at some cars before approaching us. When I decided that I wanted to test drive the RDX Michael was super accommodating. I didn't feel rushed. Also being that I am in a wheelchair I needed some time to get my hand controls put on to test drive the car. Micheal was extremely patient with me and understanding. What this gets better... I live in Flagstaff, AZ and when I decided I really wanted to get the RDX Michael did everything and anything to make sure that the RDX I wanted would be there for me. (it's not like I can just drive over and get the car from Flagstaff) From the time we looked at the vehicle to the time I came back and purchased it 2-3 weeks had past and Michael would text every once in awhile to ask how I was and if there was anything he could do to help get me down to Scottsdale. I have never had this good of a car buying experience. For me buying a car is like pulling teeth. Everyone at the dealership was super friendly and helpful through the car buying experience. Yesterday when I came to get me car everything was ready to go the paper work was painless. Michael went through every single detail on my RDX and I am so thankful. First just a bit or background. I drive a Civic coupe as an economical daily commuter. At just over 30k miles on the clock, the car began to vibrate and rattle violently when started and then put in reverse. I went to Honda and instead of handling what should have been warranty covered since the car was within the new car warranty period, they handed me a bill for 640.00 to replace the upper motor mount that failed---at just over 30k miles! 9400 miles later, it failed again. They gave me a quote of 640.00. No way I could do that again. I decided I'd have to figure it out and do it myself so I found a non OEM replacement with excellent reviews from the multitudes of Civic owners who've had the same issue from '06 to current for 40.00 but found I didn't have the proper tools. So, this past Saturday morning, I went into Acura NoSco for an oil change and asked if someone could possibly install it for me. Not only did Service Advisor, Christina Piercy, fit my car into an already packed schedule for the oil change, with no forewarning I was coming in, but techs Tommy, Brandon and Jesse all pulled together and removed the failed part and installed the new one. You remember how much Honda wanted to charge me X2? A local independent shop wanted 360.00 to install the new. This team got the oil change AND removal/install done for 110.00. I am utterly grateful not just for the extra effort, consideration and very fair cost, but also for being treated like a person. Thank you so very much. You've got me as a customer forever or as long as the 'lil Civic lasts. I promise I'll schedule in advance next time!*

We had been to Peoria and they told us they wanted to sell us the car so that their boss could go to Prague. It was the cheesiest bunch of idiots trying to push cars that didn't give us their best price until the 11th hour. At North Scottsdale, they were very nice, fair and to the point. Instead of spending hours going back and forth, we were able to get to an agreed deal quickly and the salesperson was then able to spend hours with us showing how to use all the features of the car. We were welcomed in a friendly manner and there was never a rush for us to buy a car. Information was provided and we were shown the differences between the RDX and the MDX. It was possible to drive the RDX or any other model. Extensive explanations were given when we had questions. This purchase was a very positive experience. The dealership worked with us to get the car ready for us the day it arrived on the property because we needed to pick it up before going out of town. Plamen invited us to come back to the dealership when we returned to town for more instructions. We did go back and he spent as much time as we needed to understand how the special features worked.
