Excellent service Last time I was in for routine oil change! Discovered it needed brake repair also I elected to wait. Summer, my representative informed me that after extensive wait that WRONG brake pads come in. Had been waiting 4 hours. So she offered me a loaner car so I could go home and pick up next day, She also comped My oil change for the inconvenience. And my car was ready next day Very Clean. When things go wrong, Summer will make it up to you. Will always go back back for all Service.

What a great experience dealing with service consultant Matt Williams and Brandon, one of the service technicians. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. A Fuel Pump recall was performed and a very difficult repair to the panoramic moon roof. Also helped to answer questions about operation of the vehicle. After a bad experience with one of the other local Acura dealers I could not have had a more pleasant experience thanks to Matt and Brandon. Acura Scottsdale is now my go to place for my RDX service. Couldn't be happier with them.

Summer Haring is responsive, thorough and kind. My service included a system recalibration, 25 K miles check up and tire rotation. She explained all instructions and called me with updates. My car was ready and clean at the agreed upon time.

Came in to Acura at almost 7pm after a terrible experience at Infiniti. Acura of North Scottsdale was heaven! Ray was the best salesperson ever - he knew exactly what we wanted, what we wanted to pay, and made it all happen in less than an hour! We walked away feeling like we got a great deal, for a great car (2018 MDX) from an awesome staff at Acura of North Scottsdale. They stayed a little late so we could drive away with our car!

Went in to look at the 2019 Acura RDX and spoke to Robert, who is the General Manager. Liked a red one and I asked him to hold it (without a deposit) for 2 days) so that my husband can see it. I couldn't have asked for a better experience than what I received at the Acura North Scottsdale dealership. No haggling, extremely courteous, no reasonable request denied. I have been taking both my Acuras here since 2004 and I really enjoy all the services I've been received here. All the services were completed all with the agreements between me and my service adviser at the time. They provide free loaner vehicle if your services are over 2+ hours and you don't have to worry about filling back the gas when you return the vehicle.

I started working with this person on an auto purchase and was in need of completing it quickly. There is nothing quick about this person/dealership and nothing contemporary. I have buying cars over the telephone or online for years. This dealer is the get-in-the-chair-and-punish-you dealership. You want "Scottdale on your car" - go ahead but you're crazy. Most rude associates ever. No follow ups as promised, and no working with your budget at all. Asked for a small decrease in sale price of vehicle, was told there was no chance of that ever happening. Three weeks later they reduced the price and never called to see if I was at least interested. The return of my down payment was never processed after calling 3 times. Finally was returned after 3 weeks. Terrible dealership.

After purchasing a used vehicle from this dealer we had problems less than 12 hours after our purchase. The service department, Kevin Powers, was excellent to deal with they repeatedly tried to fix the car. After several attempts and no fix they took the car back. Brian Edwards was very straight-forward and accommodating. He took time to demonstrate how some accessories work and connected my phone/bluetooth to the car to make it easier for us to be functional immediately after point of sale. Jack Berry was an outstanding salesman. He knew the car well and spent several days with us while we were deciding what to buy. I was looking at the new RDX because my 2006 TSX (which I loved) had been totaled the week before when a woman rear-ended me while I was stopped. The salesperson and the manager were quite friendly. The salesperson was very knowledgable about the car. The salesperson said that if I became a customer; he would give me his cell number and could call him anytime.
