Acura Awarded Acura North Scottsdale Dealership of Distinction Honors

 

            Phoenix, AZ, February 15, 2012 - Acura has announced that Acura North Scottsdale has earned its most prestigious honor - Dealership of Distinction. The award is presented annually to Acura dealers that achieve a rigorous set of objectives in the areas of client satisfaction, training, facility appearance, and finance.  Acura North Scottsdale is the ONLY Acura dealership in Arizona to be given this honor in 2011.  This is the 8th year that Acura North Scottsdale has been recognized with Dealership of Distinction status. It is among 96 Acura dealerships across the United States qualifying for this elite recognition.

            In 1987, American Honda Motor Co., Inc. established the Dealership of Distinction award to recognize Acura dealerships that exemplify the core values of the brand. Each year the objectives are modified to continually challenge dealerships to excel in all areas of operation. A major component of the program focuses on the client experience and is measured via client satisfaction surveys.

Great Dealership. The people are kind, friendly, honest and they truly care. There are no smoke screens, but transparency in what they do so you can feel comfortable with your deal. I would recommend this group of folks to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle.

This was THE MOST pleasurable experience I have had in buying a car in 20 years!!
